On-site custom apparel for company events

Corporate event printing that turns swag into a moment your team lines up for.

Merch Troop brings the full studio to your holiday party, onboarding week, retreat, or milestone night. Guests pick a garment, choose a design, and watch it get pressed on the spot — a keepsake they actually wear, not another tote that lives in a drawer.

Planning, artwork prep, blanks, staffing, travel, setup, and a clean guest handoff — one crew, one invoice.

Why teams book a live station

A giveaway people keep, and a photo op that markets itself.

01

Personal beats generic

A pre-boxed shirt is forgettable. A garment your employee chose the color and design for — pressed while they watch — gets worn to the gym on Saturday. Retention starts with something people actually like.

02

The station is the entertainment

The press line becomes a natural gathering point. People queue, chat, compare designs, and post. For onboarding and offsites, that shared wait does more for team bonding than a scripted icebreaker.

03

One vendor, zero loose ends

We source Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, Richardson 112 caps, and premium blanks, prep the artwork, staff the operators, carry the insurance, and break it all down. Your planner keeps one phone number.

How the night runs

From badge scan to finished shirt in a few minutes.

  1. Pick. Guests choose a garment and a design from a menu we build with your brand team in advance.
  2. Press. Operators align the transfer and press full-color DTF graphics — vivid, soft, and machine-washable.
  3. Cool. Each piece rests on the rack for a moment so nobody grabs a warm shirt.
  4. Handoff. Finished, checked, folded, and back in their hands before the next song ends.

Good to know

Questions planners ask first

What kinds of corporate events do you print at?

Holiday parties, new-hire onboarding weeks, leadership offsites and retreats, sales kickoffs, anniversary and milestone celebrations, and appreciation days. Anywhere a team gathers, a live station turns swag into a shared moment.

How many people can a station handle in an evening?

A single live DTF press station comfortably serves 150 to 250 guests across a three to four hour window. Larger headcounts run parallel stations or a longer window so no one waits more than a few minutes.

Do you handle load-in, power, and a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We confirm dock or elevator access, table footprint, and standard 120V circuits during planning, and we send a certificate of insurance to your venue or facilities team well before the date.
