What we bring to the floor

Live production stations for corporate events

Every company event has its own energy. A leadership retreat wants understated, premium pieces; a holiday party wants color and speed; onboarding wants something new hires wear on day two. We mix and match these stations to match the room.

Full-color DTF transfer being heat pressed at a corporate event

Live DTF heat pressing

Our core station. Full-color, photo-quality transfers pressed onto tees, hoodies, totes, and jackets in about three minutes each. DTF handles gradients and fine detail that vinyl can't, and the finished print stays soft and survives the wash. Ideal on Bella+Canvas 3001 or Next Level blanks where the hand feel matters.

Custom caps ready for patches and embroidery at an event cap bar

Cap bar & patch application

A wall of Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps plus a menu of patches guests apply and press on the spot. Great for retreats and appreciation days — the cap is a daily-wear item, and the personalization makes it theirs. We can pre-load company patches or offer a mix guests choose from.

Wall of custom event shirts produced at a corporate activation

Embroidery station

For polos, beanies, and structured caps where a stitched logo reads as premium. Embroidery is the right call when leadership or client-facing teams need something that looks corporate-appropriate rather than event-flashy. Digitizing is handled in advance so the run is smooth on the day.

UV DTF sticker and hard-goods station glowing at an evening event

UV DTF stickers & hard goods

Peel-and-press UV DTF graphics wrap tumblers, water bottles, laptops, and phone cases. A fast, low-footprint add-on that keeps a line moving when guests want a keepsake but the apparel queue is long. Laser engraving is available for premium drinkware and metal awards when the moment calls for it.

Not sure which stations fit?

Tell us the occasion and headcount. We will recommend a station mix that matches the tone of the event and keeps the line short — then price it as a single package. Most corporate programs run one or two stations; large parties add a third to spread the crowd.

Good to know

Questions planners ask

Can we run more than one station at once?

Yes — most large holiday parties run two or three stations side by side so the line never backs up. We size the station count to your headcount and the length of your window.

Do you provide the garments or do we?

We source and stock premium blanks — Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, Richardson 112 caps, Gildan for value programs — in the sizes and colors your team picks. If you already have company apparel, we can print on your provided stock instead.

What does the finished print feel like?

DTF prints are soft to the touch, sit lightly on the fabric, and are machine-washable. They hold full-color detail and gradients that screen printing or vinyl would struggle with at event speed.
