Planner answer
How far in advance should we book event printing?
Enough lead time to prep artwork and stock blanks — but we've turned around fast when we had to. Here are realistic windows.
For a local single-station event, two to four weeks is comfortable. That gives us room to lock the design menu, digitize any embroidery logos, and stock blanks in the right sizes and colors without rush freight.
For a large multi-station holiday party or milestone celebration, aim for four to eight weeks. Running two or three stations means more blanks, more crew scheduling, and more artwork proofing, and popular December dates fill early — the earlier you lock, the better your date availability.
For nationwide travel programs or resort retreats, four to eight weeks lets us coordinate freight, lodging, and load-in logistics with your venue and fold it cleanly into the quote. Remote properties in particular reward early planning.
That said, timelines flex. If your event is next week and you have clean artwork, call us — we've stood up local stations on short notice. The constraints that bite hardest on a rush are custom blank sourcing and embroidery digitizing, so the more standard your pieces, the faster we can move.
