Live printing for company holiday parties
The company holiday party is the one night the whole team is in the room. A live printing station gives that room a center of gravity — a place people drift to, wait together, and walk away from wearing something.
Why it works in December
Holiday parties are notorious for the awkward middle hour after dinner and before the dance floor fills. A live station fills exactly that gap. Guests browse a menu of two to four seasonal designs, pick a color, and watch it press — a natural reason to mingle that beats standing near the bar. For a 400-plus headcount we run two or three DTF stations side by side so the line never becomes a chore.
What guests take home
Full-color designs on Bella+Canvas 3001 tees or cozy crewneck fleece are the crowd favorites for winter parties. Because DTF prints stay soft and survive the wash, the shirt becomes weekend wear, not a one-night novelty. We can theme the designs to the year — an inside joke, the fiscal-year milestone, the city you're in — so it doubles as a memento.
Logistics we handle
Ballroom and hotel venues mean load-in timing, elevator access, and a certificate of insurance for the venue. We confirm all of it during planning, arrive early to stage, and break down cleanly after the last guest. Standard 120V power and a couple of eight-foot tables are all a station needs.
Good to know
Questions planners ask
How many stations does a big holiday party need?
For 400 or more guests we typically run two or three DTF stations at once so the wait stays under a few minutes. Smaller parties under 200 are comfortable on a single station across a three-to-four-hour window.
Can the designs be themed to our year?
Absolutely. We build the design menu with your team ahead of time — inside jokes, the year's milestone, the host city. Two to four options keeps the guest choice quick and the line moving.
