Live printing for leadership retreats
An executive offsite doesn't want a loud, flashy station. It wants restraint — pieces that feel considered and appropriate for the room. That's a different brief, and we plan for it.
Understated is a valid brief
For a retreat of 30 to 60 leaders, volume isn't the point; finish is. We lean toward an embroidery station on structured polos and beanies, a Richardson 112 cap bar, and laser-engraved tumblers or metal keepsakes as a closing gift. Stitched logos and engraved marks read as premium and corporate-appropriate rather than event-flashy.
A moment, not a rush
At low headcounts the station becomes a relaxed touchpoint between sessions — a place to pick a cap or watch a tumbler get engraved during a coffee break. There's no line pressure, so the experience feels curated. We scope the hours to the retreat schedule so the crew is there when it matters and out of the way when it doesn't.
Travel and remote venues
Retreats often happen at resorts or remote properties. We travel — Orange County, LA, and San Diego carry no travel fee; a flat $900 applies beyond that, and nationwide programs fold in lodging and freight. Load-in for a small premium station is light and quiet.
Good to know
Questions planners ask
What pieces suit an executive retreat?
Embroidered polos and beanies, a Richardson 112 cap bar, and laser-engraved tumblers or metal keepsakes. These read as premium and corporate-appropriate — the opposite of a loud novelty tee.
Do you travel to resort or remote venues?
Yes. Orange County, LA, and San Diego have no travel fee; a flat $900 applies beyond that. Nationwide and resort programs are quoted with lodging and freight included, and a small premium station loads in quietly.
